Routes for Herb Farming in the Territory
In the beginning regions, these are our favorite herb growing paths. They are listed in order of what we consider to be the greatest to the worst routes. Mint, Thyme, Ginger, Cinnamon, Dill, Nutmeg, Saffron, Oregano, Paprika, and Peppercorn may be grown in all four places over time.
Mint, thyme, and ginger on the windward side
Out of all the beginning locations, Windsward has the finest herb path. Make your way down to the territory’s starting point and equip your harvesting equipment. This path is full of berries, hemp, and even a few supply boxes, in addition to herbs. Because the region is teeming with low-level boars, combat will be minimal.
Cinnamon, Dill, Nutmeg, and Saffron – First Light
Out all the beginning regions, First Light is the greatest herb growing path. Just north of First Light, this path begins. This path has a little more zig-zagging than the others, but it also includes a lot of hemp. On your way back after completing this trip, stop by the farm for some corn and cabbage.
Oregano, paprika, and peppercorns from Monarch’s Bluff
In that area, the Monarch’s Bluff herb path may be located immediately east of the fort. Without a harvest to reset the circle, this path is the longest and requires the greatest walking time. However, since the herb nodes are thick, your output should be enough. You may also save time by just looping the bottom part of the route. This method, too, contains a significant quantity of hemp as a supplement.
Basil, Garlic, and Parsley – Everfall
Although the Everfall path has the lowest output, it is well-condensed, so you don’t spend too much time wandering about. This path begins just west of town in the Everfall starting location. On the journey, you’ll come across a lot of berries, hemp, and even a few iron nodes.
Harvesting Equipment and Supplies
Your gear selection is straightforward. You’ll want to put on as much armor as possible that boosts your Harvesting Luck. It makes no difference what your gear score is or what your secondary numbers are. All you’re searching for is the best Harvesting Luck. This kind of gear will naturally drop while you play, but you may also buy it at the auction house or create it if you have the appropriate crafting mods.
Aside from the armor, you’ll need to make or purchase a lot of Cooked Corn. The several tiers of prepared corn meals will increase your harvesting luck. It will take 25 minutes for the impact to wear off, so keep an eye on it and eat more when it does.
